Attack on Titan is near universally at least liked. Many people who have seen a wide range of anime maybe don't have it among the best TV shows ever like many casual viewers (and quite a few critics and experienced TV viewers do), but I don't know many people who outright dislike it outside of a vocal minority of haters.
